  "message": "treewide: override TMPDIR for tests that use qemu\n\nWhen running QEMU with snapshot\u003don set, QEMU creates a copy of the\nprovided file in $TMPDIR. If $TMPDIR is set to /tmp, it will always\nbe overridden to /var/tmp. This creates an issue for us, as the\nbazel tests only wire up /tmp, with /var/tmp being unaccessible\nbecause of permissions.
