m/t/e2e/suites/kubernetes: remove orphaned tests These were never automatically exercised as they relied on a manually-set environment variable. The infrastructure that they were testing was long removed, remove them as well. Our build environment is self-contained and requires only minimal host dependencies:
/dev/kvm (if you want to run tests).Our docs assume that Bazelisk is available as bazel on your PATH.

The source code lives in //metropolis (Metropolis is the codename of Monogon OS).
