      "message": "fietsje: implement\n\nThis introduces Fietsje, a little Go dependency manager.\n\nFor more information, see third_party/go/fietsje/README.md.\n\nWe also bump some dependencies while we\u0027re at it, notably, sqliboiler\nnow uses Go modules. If we weren\u0027t to do that, we\u0027d have to add more\nheuristics to Fietsje to handle the old version correctly.\n\nTest Plan: fietsje is untested - I\u0027ll add some tests to it.
