      "message": "build/toolbase/gotoolchain: init\n\nAnother piece of the toolbase puzzle, this one is a library which\nprovides information about the Go SDK picked by Bazel/rules_go, and\nallows to build tools that call the `go` tool.\n\nThis is effectively the logic from //build/fietsje:def.bzl, but\nrewritten to be reusable.
